- Remove enterprise and self-hosted tier options from pricing page
- Remove "enterprise-grade security" banner
- Remove "how it works" and "why hosted" sections
- Remove multi-tenant/single-tenant messaging from MyPlan
- Clean up all translation files (EN, NL, DE)
- Simplify to 3 tiers: Free, Pro (€97/mo), Premium (€497/mo)
