tried it with 1.10.2 and it does not work says the tinker's aether does not work at all. requires 1.12.2 which makes sense if this issue is related to that lol |

I wasn't sure what to version it, going between 1.3.1 as it was a simple update, or 1.4.0 because of it requiring a newer Aether version. I went with 1.4.0, but if you want me to change it to 1.3.1, I can.
