To run the application locally with Docker:
1. Install Docker, Docker Compose
2. Clone this repository
3. $ cd twitter_streaming_app/
4. Set up your API keys and secret in ./data_gathering/keys_secret.py
5. $ sudo docker-compose up
6. Go to http://0.0.0.0:80
