This should allow us to shink the crate size considerably as we don't have to ship a 6MB GIF. The README now just sources the GIF from an absolute `raw.githubusercontent.com` URL

Introduce a dedicated folder for showcasing, exclude it from the Cargo.toml patterns, and update the README to link to a demo image hosted externally, reducing crate size significantly.
