This pull request intends to set permissions for allowing to cache artifacts.
Also tried to fetch the PR number.
The PR number would help in creating folder inside artifacts by PR-number_workflow name (example something like PR_3_Macos)
so in this way the test results would be specific to that PR and would avoid cross contamination while fetching results for specific PRs.
This PR checks whether the PR number successfully gets printed or not.
If it gets successfully fetch then good to go for next steps in development
