Exceptions Singleton Error

In case of a singleton-error when loading data,

either Update DotNet Framework to newer version
or go to folder \01_ClipGeo\ and unzip ExtractForSingletonError_DOTNET40SQL.7z
- this will overwrite System.Data.SQLite.DLL with a version that is compatible with older versions of DotNetFramework
