Extreamly basic shell script to set fans to max speed on my Thinkpad T480 and learn nix packaging. Probably also works on other Thinkpads but I doubt it would work on any other computer. needs this line/option to work extraModprobeConfig = "options thinkpad_acpi fan_control=1";
