Massive performance hit in a specific area

Hi,

thanks for your tool. I don't know if this belongs here, but I encountered a massive performance hit in one specific area which can be attributed to the LaneTools plugin being active: https://waze.com/editor?env=row&lat=51.06749&lon=13.77870&zoomLevel=17

This is the area around the Waldschlösschen Bridge which has a fairly complex system of ramps and tunnels surrounding it and LaneTools seems to choke WME here a lot.

Is there anything to fix this performance hit besides deactivating the plugin?

Browser: Chrome 141.0.7390.76 (Official Build) (arm64)
OS: macOS 26.0.1 (25A362)
Computer: iMac M3 and Macbook Air M2

I'm encountering massive lockup in areas with high number of places.

Maybe macOS-specific, because I'm on mac as well. Browser is Firefox.
