That thing was supposed to click on "YES" but it was doing so to like 2 NPCs on one early game island
This PR attempts to fix that issue by making it work with normal "Yes" and with carnival NPC prompts
also it fixes that nasty bug where you didn't even had a choice and clicking anywhere, including other options of choice, was clicking "YES" for you
It is a bit WIP - there may be other non-single use cases where there are specific confirmation messages you want to click
