📝 Description
Refactored Vault flag implementation by moving the validation function to utility functions. Also, validateVaultPath function is now generic function to validate JSON path which will be further used by any JSON file path validation.
Furthermore, SRE initialization for vault is factorized in agent.index file instead of defining it in all sub-commands.
