github新手首次提交的pr....
里面一些内容不太准确，恳请大佬多多包容
起因：自从B站撤销了可以查看注册时间的api（jointime字段恒定返回为0），要查看貌似只有要求归档数据这一个方式，但十分的麻烦。。。在偶然间发现了在创作中心可以看到精度为天的查询方式，用edge浏览器的开发人员工具后找到了api地址，可惜并不能使人人都查到注册时间
还有字段判断我是真的不会，就稍微对比了几个号，发现除了
data里的scrlls类里的name字段会变化其他貌似都没有变化www
