Pull request overview
Updates the Team section of the repository README to reflect the current project contributors and roles.
Changes:
- Replaces previous tech lead / PM entries with the current team members.
- Adds a missing frontend developer entry.
- Moves previous leads/PM into “Ex-” roles for historical attribution.
