- hard deprecated calcOutlierMap() after moving functionality to SomaDataIO package - updated downstream plotMap.R methods and getFlaggedIds() to support only `foldchange_matrix` and `missingness_map` classes - closes SomaLogic#43
- removed cross-package link in SomaPlotr-deprecated.Rd file to remove warning related to unavailable package
