Because the Poly TC8 ships with an older rev of the imx8mm evk along with kernel 5.10 we are using Yocto hardknott to get a working build before porting it up to kernel 6.0+

This will eventually be ported to Scarthgap or Walnascar but due to some compatibility issues, this is the only supported Yocto version for now.
