Looks okay, would have preffered the range smoother. Will handle that myself

Description
Created the Step 2 page and also built a layout to avoid code duplication in Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 pages. This layout ensures that the container, navbar, and step indicators don't need to be duplicated across these pages.
