Description

This pull request implements Step 1 of the Spherre Dapp onboarding page, allowing users to name their Sphere account and provide a brief description.

• The form follows the design system provided in the Figma file.
• Input fields for account name and description have been added.
• A "Continue" button has been implemented to proceed to the next step.
• The form is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
