PHP is a rather expensive templating engine and the only real use of PHP is the routing of webchat to a fixed server.
By using Jekyll, only statically-generated pages need to be served (except for the webchat linking, which in theory could also be jekyllized). Additionally, Jekyll is a proper templating engine.
I did this at 12AM on a school night so this is slightly rushed, but all pages have been checked and correspond with the existing pages. Some modifications were required but these were minor.
