WickedPDF may be causing the 'fatal (machine stack overflow in critical region)' error that we're receiving. See mileszs/wicked_pdf#818
The < 4.5.0 ceiling blocked the store app's iterative Spree upgrade past 4.4. This branch is the Spillover Spree-4 support branch; widening the cap to the whole 4.x line (still under the 5.0 / AGPL boundary) lets the store resolve against 4.5 through 4.9 without re-porting each rung.
