@shahzebsiddiqui Thanks for submitting this and sorry for the slow response. Do you know anything about the licensing status of the badge itself? Our one thought was that if we move the repo in the future (not that we're planning this, but as a contingency), if we embedded the SVG into the repo it might make it more resilient to such potential change (or availability of the shields.io service). |

Yes if you move the repo the badge won't render properly. You have to look at shields.io for list of badges they have url links on all the badges |
