Add Currency Converter to Plugin Store

Currency Converter is a utility plugin for Steam Deck that dynamically converts prices in the Steam Store to your chosen target currency (such as RUB, EUR, USD, etc.) using real-time automated rates or a custom coefficient. It features a robust CEF-level DOM injector, a sleek QAM settings panel, smooth font size sliders for fine-tuning layout appearance, and robust caching/timeout mechanisms to ensure instant load times without freezes.
