Add gamescheap to Plugin Store

gamescheap compares PC game prices (Steam, GMG, Fanatical, Gamivo, and other authorized stores) directly on Steam Store pages and in Decky Quick Access. Users can sign in with Steam, manage a watchlist with target prices, and get in-game deal alerts via the gamescheap.win API.

Similar store plugins focus on compatibility (ProtonDB) or other metadata. gamescheap is price comparison + watchlist + deal alerts tied to the open Steam Store tab.

Developer testing (Legion Go 2, Bazzite)

Self-tested on Lenovo Legion Go 2 running Bazzite (Decky Loader, Game Mode):

• Plugin installs and loads from ZIP / manual URL
• Quick Access panel shows prices for the open Steam Store game
• Price block injects on Steam Store pages
• Steam device sign-in (QR / user code) works
• Watchlist add / remove / target price update works
• Deal toasts fire when watchlist targets are hit

Note: Official SteamOS Stable/Beta testing is not done yet on hardware I have available. Happy to run follow-up tests on Steam Deck / SteamOS once the plugin is on the testing store, or if a tester can verify on Stable/Beta.

Summary

Self-tested on Legion Go 2 + Bazzite. Verified store price injection, Quick Access price list, Steam sign-in, watchlist CRUD, and target price alerts. Awaiting SteamOS Stable/Beta verification from testing store / community testers as required for production store.
