Bump MoonDeck to 1.10.0

Hopefully the last PR with big changes (at least for now):

• Added non-Steam app syncing support.
• Bumped MoonDeckBuddy minimum version to v1.8.0.
• Moved some Buddy related settings to a dedicated settings tab.
• Configuration for whether to for big picture mode or not has been moved from Buddy to MoonDeck.
• All synced Sunshine and Non-Steam apps will be added to the MoonDeck library collection.
