Follow-up to #446, which deliberately omitted the raven#18 "tier-1 validator" claim as unverifiable on Alchemy's docs pages. It's now grounded twice: owner-confirmed + Alchemy's own blog ("Alchemy expands support on Stellar with Data APIs and Tier-1 validation — Alchemy is now a tier-1 validator on Stellar").
Notable: the official tier-1 orgs docs page does not list Alchemy yet — the exact partner-docs lag raven#18 describes, live in the wild.
Rollout: curate Action dry-run → execute → live-verify.
