Adds Prisma soft-delete extension with snapshot archiving and point-in-time rollback (StellarDevHub#1085). Creates Merkle-chain audit trail with SHA-256 content hashing and tamper detection (StellarDevHub#1084). Builds student retention analytics with drop-off identification and CSV/JSON export (StellarDevHub#1083).
