Improve sourcestats.sh

@StevenBlack I cannot test this properly since there's no binary available for rh. Ideally, the CI in rhosts should build and upload the binary to actions but I don't have a lot of time to mess with it too :)

It basically improves splitting by using an array and while read. Definitely not as fast as possible, but unless I have a binary to play with it I'm basically blind.

If the PR doesn't work for you we can just drop it and leave it for another time.

rh is the build product of rhosts which is a Rust side-project I've been toying with, and I should continue to evolve. I must say, I love working in Rust.

As you may know, I run this sourcestats.sh script only occasionally. I use it when I want to refresh the many (over 50 plots) of domain tallies in the various readme.md files within this repository.

I refresh the repository home page plot with each release. I'm OK with refreshing the others only occasionally. I use Mathematica to generate the plots...

Hey, Steven. Yeah; I figured out myself, its just that I can't test if this script actually works since there's no CI build for rh. :/ But if you could test it and works for you, we could land this or if there was a CI build (my dev VM is a Windows one) i could test and improve this further. Alternatively, we can drop the patch if it doesnt work.
