Add / update complete Romanian translation for Stremio

Hi there! 

I have fully updated / completed the Romanian translation for the Stremio application. This PR updates the localization .json file with nearly 2,000 translated or corrected lines of text.

### What's included:
*Complete Localization: Translated all missing strings into natural, context-aware Romanian.
*Consistency Fixes: Adjusted terminology across the entire file so that features like "Board", "Discover", "Supporters perks", and settings options sound professional and intuitive for Romanian users.
*Format & Syntax Preservation: Carefully maintained all JSON structures, variables, and placeholders.

I wanted to contribute to this amazing project and ensure that the Romanian community gets the best possible user experience.
