This adds a settings page to configure the
mmdcexecution instead of using the defaults set in thesublime-build. While it (unfortunately) needs a wrapper to do this, it's fairly minimal. The defaults are set to the values of the flags in thesublime-buildversion.Also added an 'open in default app' option to help with quick checking of rendered diagrams.
