This repository contains the requirements to obtain results from the Kernel Method's Kaggle Data Challenge.

The competition is about detecting the presence of COVID Virus using DNA sequences of an individual.

You can reproduce the same result by cloning this repo and running the start.py script.

The final submission file is Data_Challenge_Submission_NB.ipynb.
