Add offline-first capabilities to the desktop app for grade entry and data synchronization.
This PR introduces a local SQLite database to store assigned subjects, students, ECRs, and student scores, allowing teachers to input grades while offline. Changes are recorded in an outbox and can be exported as a batch JSON file for later synchronization with the main system.
