Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to create a doc for AWS S3 exporter for OTC - Data Archiving

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

@amee-sumo, I made some suggestions, but there are more changes that I think you should make. All instances of these words should be lowercase except when they are the actual name of something in the UI: "archive", "collector", "source".

In our docs we too often capitalize words that are not proper nouns. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proper_noun.) I've let it slide in my reviews at Sumo Logic, but take note that I will be commenting more about this in my reviews going forward.

I created DOCS-1341 to make certain terms lowercase as appropriate in the "apps" and "send data" sections, similar to what I did with some terms in Cloud SIEM with DOCS-587.
