DOCS-1782 - Add Sumo Academy course/microlesson links to Dojo AI docs

Purpose of this pull request

Activates training links and microlesson video embeds across Dojo AI docs now that the August 2026 launch materials are live.

Changes:

• docs/api/mcp-server.md — Uncomments the MCP Server micro lesson embed (Wistia ej2qcjc6l7). The Sumo Logic Academy admonition with the Extending Sumo Logic with MCP/API/Terraform course was already present.
• docs/cse/get-started-with-cloud-siem/soc-analyst-agent.md — Adds a new Micro Lesson embed for the Dojo AI SOC Analyst Agent (Wistia 3ppvthpmdd).
• docs/search/mobot/index.md — Uncomments the self-paced "Hands on with Mobot and Dojo AI" link in the training admonition; executes the long-deferred Aug 3 swap in Additional Resources (removes old mobot-101 link, activates new course name and workshop URL).
• docs/search/index.md — Renames Mobot Essentials → Hands on with Mobot and Dojo AI (self-paced and instructor-led links).
• docs/api/index.md — Updates the training link from "Sumo Logic APIs + Terraform Self-Paced" to "Extending Sumo Logic with MCP, API and Terraform".
• docs/get-started/ai-machine-learning.md — Activates the commented-out "Hands on with Mobot and Dojo AI" self-paced link in Additional Resources.

Note: PR #6971 (DOCS-1565, SOC Analyst Agent GA) also modifies soc-analyst-agent.md with a major rewrite (+179/-108). The microlesson added here is a small addition at the top of the file — conflict resolution on merge should be straightforward, but heads-up for whoever merges these.

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Hey @kimsauce — this PR has been updated with the actual training content now that we're nearly ready to go. We should be good to merge this Monday, I'll send you a heads up when all training links are live on Skilljar.
As SOC Analyst docs are not yet live yet, take a look at the merge conflict resolution note below.

Microlessons added/uncommented:

• docs/api/mcp-server.md — MCP Server micro lesson (Wistia ej2qcjc6l7) uncommented and live
• docs/cse/get-started-with-cloud-siem/soc-analyst-agent.md — New SOC Analyst Agent micro lesson (Wistia 3ppvthpmdd) added

Training link renames (Mobot Essentials → Hands on with Mobot and Dojo AI):

• docs/search/mobot/index.md — self-paced link in training admonition uncommented; Additional Resources updated (old mobot-101 link removed, new course + workshop URL)
• docs/search/index.md — both the self-paced and instructor-led Mobot links updated

Course name update (API + Terraform → MCP/API/Terraform):

• docs/api/index.md — old "Sumo Logic APIs + Terraform Self-Paced" link replaced with "Extending Sumo Logic with MCP, API and Terraform"
• docs/get-started/ai-machine-learning.md — deferred self-paced Mobot link activated

One thing to flag: PR #6971 (DOCS-1565, SOC Analyst Agent GA) also touches soc-analyst-agent.md with a large rewrite. The microlesson block we added is at the top of the file, so merge conflict resolution should be low effort — but worth coordinating merge order or manually applying the admonition into DOCS-1565 if that PR lands first.
