The French localization is acceptable for the most part but some parts were obviously machine translated. Some are confusingly inaccurate.
I got tired of seeing "Chargement en cours prend exceptionnellement longue" (which is borderline nonsensical) and thought I might contribute some improvements, so this pull request attempts to do so. :)
