This is a Lattice-boltzmann and discrete Erythrocyte deformation transport model for analyzing flow and stress in microvascular networks. Scripts are written in C and ported for parallel threading with OpenMP. The example network model provided here is the trunk network blood vessels posterior to the yolk extension of a zebrafish embryo at 54 hours post fertilization.
