Change looks good!
It makes sense to confirm that this works by making a deployment of renku that uses the updated theme image, but I am optimistically approving.

Here is the deployment where I tested this: SwissDataScienceCenter/renku#3977. It looks good so far but I will wait for the tests to finish and then merge this. |

By default the image uses the root user. But there is no reason for using root.
