gsforge

GSForge is a library for managing species-agnostic gene selection(s) from gene expression matrices (GEMs). Made for the practicing researchers interested in applying and comparing multiple analysis techniques.

Installation

Clone the repository.

git clone https://github.com/SystemsGenetics/GSForge.git
git clone -b dev https://github.com/SystemsGenetics/GSForge.git

Install via local pip:

pip install ./GSForge/
