- add reusable SegmentedControl (Radix ToggleGroup) and Checkbox ui components - group controls under labeled sections: display, property type, weighting, basemap - unify exclusive choices on segmented controls with radio semantics - add icons and explanatory tooltips on display modes - make the panel collapsible and clamp its width on mobile
