The Domain Boundary and Boundary Condition Functions

• the creation of the "boundary" label for our mesh, which consists of the faces on the domain boundary and their transitive closure (edges and nodes)
• the use of the function registry to allow the selection of a boundary condition to be enforced on the domain boundary
