ventus-driver和libclc中存在同名但不同内容的ventus.h头文件，ventus-drver编译安装后会将其自身的ventus.h安装到install/include/ventus.h，如果之后再编译libclc，会优先使用install/include/ventus.h，而不是llvm-project/libclc/riscv32/lib/ventus.h造成编译报错。 这个提交会反转include路径的优先级，优先使用libclc自身的ventus.h规避此问题。 |

请用这个仓库中的build-ventus.sh，会安装到ventus-env/install： 会将ventus.h安装到install的driver变更还没merge到driver的main分支，也在PR中 |
