Maximum depth threshold?

Hi there,

I am trying to use Vafator for amplicon-based virus sample that is sequenced with >400000X depth. Vafator seems to fail with the following error. I have two other samples with around 40000X which works fine but higher-depth samples can't be processed. Is that a known bug or an artificial depth threshold applied to compute various metrics?
