Rename sections under Remote Servers

As discussed with @edvinskis, we mostly agree with the changes but miss some details.

Sections would read better as:

• Server request form (otherwise would be like "request form for what?")
• Server connection (similarly, "connection to what?")
• Data transfer
• Web servers

Might seem like a lot of repetition but the section titles would then be more self-explanatory, handy as they are often linked to other documents.
