Add alias kpsewhich = kpathsea

Currently texdoc kpsewhich returns no results although kpsewhich is documented in kpathsea.pdf (and the equivalent kpathsea.html).
I have checked that kpathsea.pdf does not document the other kpse* commands (which are less relevant besides), so only this alias is necessary.

True that I never documented the other kpse* commands in the Texinfo manual. Probably should, but it just seemed never necessary (and I didn't write them :). However, the kpathsea manual does document the mktex* commands. mktexfmt mktexlsr mktexmf mktexpk mktextex mktextfm So as long as the question has arisen, maybe those should be added also. There is somewhat more info than on the man pages, I think. --thanks, karl.
