DiscordServerStatus heads up settings README.md and the DiscordServerStatus plugin have a extra text lenght to inform everyone that you must have "Message Content Intent" enable on your discord Bot. Otherwise it won't be able to read the request inside the discord channel.

Looks good in my opinion, no changes to the plugin code that could break its functionalities, but I think this should also be specified in the main README.md file, in the specific part about discord connector configuration.
