Also does all the Qt deployment directly from the workflow, so no need to setup the actual folder for release deployment after the fact.
Seems like this was the cause of #103, as 6.8.2 libraries were being mixed up with a 6.8.3 executable and was causing some funky weirdness. So, uh, closes #103
