The current readme for this repo doesn't quite render properly, as you now need to include a space between a # character and a header in order for GitHub to recognise it as such.

e.g.

Valid

##Invalid

## Valid
##Invalid

This pull request fixes those headers. It also includes a brief description of what Hackbot does, as well as changing the formatting of the possible commands such that they are shown in a table.

- Now includes a brief description of what Hackbot does
- Available commands rearranged into a table
