Clarify Locator SDK contracts in docs and mode typing

Summary

• To avoid confusion on what the bridge will allow or return, point Locator bridge API docs to specific Family Locator SDK section anchors instead of listing hardcoded return identifiers
• remove hardcoded SDK mode literals from bridge typings and keep mode as string to reflect SDK-defined values
• keep permission request method contracts unchanged while clarifying where SDK return contracts are defined
