[Table] 设置resizable及ellipsis，拖动调整表格列宽自适应问题 #3951

重现步骤

期望结果
当设置了ellipsis，调整表格宽度时，应该自适应相邻两列的列宽，超出省略，而不是出现滚动条
实际结果
相邻两列的列宽没有自适应，会出现滚动条，出现滚动条后再次拖动，会出现表格整体宽度变小的情况

I reproduced the overflow when dragging from the left edge of the last header; dragging the same boundary from the other side works. I’m fixing that resize-handler path and checking it separately from the common CSS changes.
