PR Description
This PR removes a duplicated pip install statement in the notebook setup section.
Changes made
Kept only one install command for the required LangChain/MCP dependencies.
Left package versions/options unchanged.
No logic changes outside the install step.
Impact
Eliminates errors on install.
Validation
Confirmed the setup section now has a single install statement.
Confirmed no downstream notebook behavior was modified.
