hunger debuff
If the player gets hungry, he will get a debuff too.
Here is the list of debuffs that would be applied to the hungry player:
- Slowness 1
- Mining Fatigue 2
- Weakness 2

module.hunger-debuff.food-level(6): Determins when the player gets a debuff.
Default(6) means the player will get debuff when food bar (meat icon) is below 3.
