Written for Marp since my Linux VM is very small atm (Marp = 107Mb single exe, R + Quarto = ~1Gb and a pain to install. Happy to (try and) convert to Quarto once the content has been finalised.

There are some pipeline issues but once resolved I think we're good to add the slides? I'm not sure what's going wrong. Can you have a quick look please and if you get stuck we can look together?

Many thanks for the reminder @StatsRhian ! I renamed slides.qmd to index.qmd, to follow the naming convention across presentations/ . In principle, the slides should be ready to go. I can merge if you're happy with the change
