Currently the codebase has a lot of code smells (170 warnings on reek) and has some very messy and unmaintainable controllers and models. Phase 1 will deal with everything that isn't related to the user model. The Goals of this project are as follows: * Replace all user unrelated feature spec with cucumber integration tests * Refactor all the helpers and their unit tests * Refactor all user unrelated controllers * Refactor all user unrelated models * Use friendly ids for the lesson and course controllers * General clean up of unused files and database tables
